RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please read ingredients carefully before purchase.

BATH&BODY CARE PRODUCTS: Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the personal nature of body & skin care products, unfortunately returns are not accepted. Please read ingredients carefully before purchase.​ We cannot be held responsible for any adverse results or reactions from the use of products or product ingredients.  If, however, you have any problems or concerns with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right. 

 

HOME&DECOR/CANDLES: Returns will be accepted only if we are notified within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return an item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and refunds will only be issued when item is received back in house and in a resalable, unused condition. If you receive an item damaged, please take a picture of the box and the item and send it to us immediately so we can address the issue. BODY CARE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE (see above).

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of placing order. No exceptions. To cancel, please email us directly at cleanbeauty@sitronu.com

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

To ship to more than one address, please create a separate order for each recipient. Each order can only be shipped to one address.

SHIPPING RATES

We would love to ship everything in stock free to all our customers! However the plain facts of running a small business negate that possibility. We typically use FedEx Ground as our primary source for shipping - and sometimes USPS - and will always email a shipping confirmation once the order has been tendered. We use the USPS cost estimator on our website to determine shipping. If it doesn't look right, please contact us at cleanbeauty@sitronu.com. Retail orders over $100 receive free shipping by using code FREE at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING 

From the time we get your order to the time we have it boxed and ready to ship, it usually takes about a week. If you need it sooner, just let us know and we can ship it overnight or two day priority and we will invoice you a shipping up-charge. For rush orders (less than a week turn around time) we charge a $100 up-charge. For Hospitality Orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for an order

DISCOUNT CODES​

Being a small business unfortunately doesn't allow for multiple discounts. We want to stay afloat to be able to offer you the best products at the best prices that we can! So one discount code per order please.

CUSTOM ORDERS

As our business grows, we find it increasingly difficult to maintain production on published products and still offer customized versions. We therefore no longer offer custom fragrances or packaging. We can, however, create a custom gift box for an upcharge (price varies depending on items chosen and will include a packaging service fee).
