What a challenging time it has been for all of us and on so many different levels. The travel industry in particular has had to reinvent itself — and when everything was upended in the spring of 2020, our company had to reinvest itself as well.
We have since weathered the storm and as the travel industry begins to flourish yet again we are meeting new innkeepers and creating new opportunities for collaboration. In June, we showcased at the Association of Lodging Professionals (www.alplodging.org) regional meeting in St. Augustine, Florida. Listening to the many concerns hotel managers are facing has us thinking once again how we can best serve our customers.
We continue to offer our eco-friendly refillable dispensers, such as our shower starter pack (https://www.sitronu.com/product-page/shower-set) and our bathroom starter pack (https://www.sitronu.com/product-page/bathroom-set).
However, we have dropped our plans to discontinue our mini bottle offerings as many innkeepers have expressed an interest now that Covid concerns are at the forefront of every hospitality establishment.
While we firmly believe that our refillable bottles can be kept hygienic and sanitized as easily as other items in the bathroom or guest room, we understand for some the increased cleaning procedures require the simplicity of the mini single use bottles. We will therefore continue to offer them as part of our product line up.
Never fear! There are still many, many ways that innkeepers can implement environmentally friendly practices into their establishment. We believe it’s important that you individually do what you can and to the extend that you can without causing undo stress.
